Bof!
Bof! was formed in 2000 and is a specialist band playing traditional French and Breton music for dancing and listening to. Bof! is part of the Burybal organisation based in Bury St Edmunds which runs monthly French dance workshops, as well as public dances.
The members ofBof! play a variety of authentic instruments and sing. The band line-up is:

Val: bagpipes / flute / recorder / bells
Bof! can provide French/Breton dance workshops as independent tuition sessions or as part of a day or an evening of dance.
The band has released two CDs, Reve a Verteillac (2005) and La Vache qui danse (2007); both are representative of the music the band plays for dances and concerts.
Members of the Bof! also play in other East Anglian bands: The Hosepipe Band, RSVP, Bass Instincts and Crownstreet.
